Delivery and Returns Policy




We offer Free Delivery for all online purchases within in Ireland and Northern Ireland over the value of €100.00.

For Orders under the value of €100.00 delivery will be €4.00.

We can deliver to where it suits you either to your work address or your home address, the experience of online shopping should be simple and easy.

Please ensure upon check out that you add in the correct contact phone number. This makes it easier for delivery in case the Carrier needs to make contact with you.

Our click and collect service also available for both our Wexford Store. Choose "pick-up" at checkout


What happens when I place an order?


We will send you an order confirmation email, you can confirm that your details are correct.
Once we pick and pack your order, a dispatch email will be sent along with your tracking number, this will make it easy for you to track your orders online with the carrier.


How long will the delivery take?

Delivery will take between three to five working days.


Cancelled Orders by us:

Occasionally due to stock issues, we may have to cancel an order because we are unable to fill them. If this happens your card will not be charged and the original card authorization reversed. We will make contact with you to advise if this happens.


Returns Policy:

In the case for any reason you need to return your online purchase, please read below:
Please return your purchase within 14 working days of receiving the shoes, to our Wexford office. The address is:
Shoe Style International, 59 The Bullring, Wexford.
In your delivery, there will be a returns form. Complete the returns form and include this along with your purchase.
The Order number must be added to the Returns form or proof of purchase.
Prepare the box for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shoes have to be unworn.
We cannot guarantee the return of the shoes, we recommend you send the return via a Tracked delivery. If the shoes are damaged during the return, you will be responsible for this.
When the Shoes have been received into our Store we will contact you via e-mail, the refund could take up to 10 working days. 


How do I return faulty Shoes?

If you receive a faulty item, please e-mail us at, we will be back in contact you as soon as we can. 

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
